Why DocAware Exists
Built by someone who learned the hard way.

I spent years in the corporate world working across technology, operations, compliance, and risk — helping organizations make sense of complex information, identify what could go wrong, and understand what needed attention before decisions were made.
Along the way, I saw something that stuck with me.
Large companies often have legal teams, compliance teams, and experienced professionals to help them understand important documents before they sign, commit, or make a decision.
Most individuals and small business owners don't.
You're often left to figure it out yourself — reading pages of complicated language, trying to understand what you're agreeing to, what you're responsible for, and whether there is something important buried in the details.
That's why I created DocAware.
DocAware helps you look at an important document with a more informed set of eyes. It turns complicated language into a plain-English review that helps surface key obligations, possible risks, questionable language, and practical items you may want to investigate or address before you sign or make a decision.
DocAware doesn't replace an attorney and doesn't provide legal advice. It gives you a clearer starting point — so you can better understand the document, know what deserves your attention, and ask better questions when professional advice is needed.
Because understanding what you're agreeing to shouldn't require having a corporate legal department behind you.
