What counts as one credit?

One document analysis. A 50-page contract uses the same credit as a 2-page NDA.

Can I switch from Basic to Pro?

Yes, anytime. Your remaining credits stay in your account if you ever switch back.

Are credits refundable?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, unused credits are refundable through paddle.net (Paddle is our Merchant of Record). Credits never expire, and credits already used to run an analysis aren't refundable since the review has been delivered.
